Grind Run Company is actively working to encourage diversity in the Maine trail running community. We believe that racial equity in the running space is imperative, and we recognize that the existing lack of diverse representation, as well as the high expense associated with running races, can be major contributors to the lack of participation in the sport. We are inviting inquiries from Black and Indigenous runners who are interested in trail racing and running regarding:

• Access to available funds to defray the cost of entry to races
• Utilization of 10 reserved spots to Firebird Trail Races on September 3rd, 2022 specifically for BIPOC entrants
