TINY TRAIL RACE SERIES
May - June | Greater Portland, Maine | 5K
Tiny Trail Races is our fun summer 5K trail series through some of greater Portland's hidden and beautiful trail networks! Runners of all ages and levels will get to enjoy a dash through the woods, all while helping support local land trusts, towns, and non-profits maintain these spectacular spaces. Each race will be capped to 50 runners per event, hence the "tiny" trail race!
Each course is on commonly used trails, though some sections include rocks, roots, and narrowed segments. These trail networks are a great for all ages and levels to run on. Each course will be marked with orange pin flags and white chalk. One aid station stocked with water and light snacks will be at the start/finish line for runners only.
The course will be well-marked with orange pin flags, "WRONG WAY" signs, and arrow signs. Three orange pin flags indicate a TURN and arrow signs will be at critical turns.
We'll have snacks, water, and aid with a volunteer at the start / finish line aid station. No aid stations will be on the course.
Top male and females will in each race will receive custom made top finisher awards. All runners will receive a finishers award.
All runners who complete the series will receive a finishers tech shirt. Top male and female runners will receive prizes from our sponsors and a custom made award! Each race will be at three different locations to make up the series: Cape Elizabeth, Westbrook, and Portland.
